Uni-Chem™ is recommended for use in both rotary screw and sliding vane compressors in low pressure, inert and / or reducing gas compressor service(s).

Uni-Chem™ is an inert, ashless, multi-synthetic lubricant, which is chemically stable and free of impurities (such as vanadium, chlorine, inorganic chloride, amines, etc.) found in other mineral and synthetic oils. Uni-Chem™ is recommended for use with inert / reducing gases ( such as nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, carbon monoxide, natural gas, methane, ethane, propane, butane, ethylene, etc.).

Uni-Chem™ has a very high degree of natural lubricity and a tremendously powerful affinity for metal to protect against friction and corrosive wear. It also is extremely shear stable, very fluid, water resistant and resists dilution by gases (including hydrocarbon gases).
